Day One: Murchison national park tour
Wake up in the morning from your hotel and in the company of our tour guide head to Murchison falls national park. On your way you will travel through the very known Luwero Triangle where the NRM gorilla war took place. You can also visit Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary which is home to the remaining Rhinoceros in Uganda then enjoy your lunch as you continue with your journey to Murchison falls National Park. On arrival at Murchison falls, enjoy the beautiful scenery on top of the falls while taking some pictures and enjoying the cool breath of the World’s second largest river. You can also view a number of activities carried out on the falls if you have enough time.
Then after a long day, dinner and overnight as arranged in the hotel of your choice
Day Two: Game drive
Get up early in the morning for an amazing game drive in the northern parts of the park. During your spectacular game drive get the chance of seeing different animals that are found in only the African Savannah vegetation. Some of these include lions, leopards, giraffes, antelopes, elephants, and many warthogs. The park also has a number of Birds like cattle egrets, African skimmers, pink-backed pelicans, papyrus gonole to mention but a few. They can be spotted as you drive through the park Budongo forest. Return to the lodge for a late day breakfast and relax till Lunch time. After your lunch head for a launch cruise on the Nile River. The cruise which takes you to the bottom of the thundering falls involve a beautiful view of schools of hippos, huge crocodiles, buffaloes, elephants and a number of water birds like the rare shoebill, cormorants, ducks, bee-eaters, skimmers, fish eagle, kingfishers and heron. Dinner and overnight at the lodge of your choice
Day Three: Transfer to Kibale National park
Wake up early in the morning and have your breakfast transfer to Kibale national park via Fort portal a journey that takes between 2-3 hours. You will enjoy a game drive as enter the park and you may be able to see some bird species the park being home to 325 species that are found in the Albertine rift valley and a number of animals like the chimpanzees, baboons, monkeys, black and white Colobus monkeys, red tailed monkeys. Arriving at the lodge of your choice late in the evening for dinner and overnight
Day Four: Chimpanzee tracking
Wake up early in the morning for breakfast go to Kanyanchu ranger station for briefing from the ranger or guide. After briefing, you will enjoy a guided walk through the forest in search for the chimpanzees and Kibale being a tropical forest found in the northern and central parts of the park, its home to the biggest number of chimpanzees in Uganda. During the walk you are likely to come to a close view of some of the primates like baboons, monkeys, black and white Colobus monkeys, red tailed monkeys etc and a number of colorful butterflies. In the evening, drive to Kampala arriving late in the night then our driver will transfer you to the Airport for your flight back home..
